Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since receiving your order(s), we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange

If you require a different size or colour, you may request an exchange, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be completely unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
For exchanges resulting from a customer’s selection error, such as choosing the wrong size or colour, the customer is responsible for the return and redelivery waybill costs.
In the rare event that an error occurs on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or wrong size, Sabi Vendor Enterprise will cover the return and redelivery shipping costs.
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval before an exchange is processed.

Once your order has been processed, deliveries within Lagos typically arrive within 24 – 48 hours.
Interstate Deliveries
After processing, nationwide deliveries outside Lagos typically arrive within 24 – 72 hours, depending on your location and the courier service.
Major cities and outskirt locations within the same state may have different delivery rates. Major cities have a standard interstate delivery rate, while deliveries to outskirt or less-accessible locations may attract an additional charge due to the extra transportation required.
At checkout, please select the delivery option that corresponds to your actual location.If the delivery option selected does not match your actual location, your order will not be dispatched until the outstanding delivery balance has been paid. Our team will contact you with the additional amount required based on your delivery location.Please note that selecting a lower-priced delivery option does not change the applicable delivery fee for your location.
